Training in the Wild

We like our staff to depend on each other.  One of our favorite ice breaker games goes a little something like this…

1) Assign various animal noises to everyone, making sure that each animal sound has at least 2 people assigned to it.

2) Blindfold them.

3) Make them use only their animal sounds to find “like” animals.

It’s a great way to build trust and teach some unconventional teamwork.  Plus, it’s always a plus to know who makes the best sheep sound.
